A 2024 James Beard Awards semifinalist for Best New Restaurant in the United States, Alkemē is a “Culture-to-Table” concept restaurant by Open Kitchen that celebrates Vietnamese Heritage cuisine in a modern context to create exciting layers of flavors and diverse textures. We offer three tasting menus celebrating meat, seafood, and vegan culinary creations.
Magic happens when we gather to share a meal. What we eat and how it’s prepared tell a tale of who we are—our cultural identity, beliefs, and unique histories. When we eat food from another culture, we connect with the special place to which it belongs.
Our Tasting Menus are offered during Santa Fe Restaurant Week 2026 at $70. A sake pairing is also available at $35 per person, plus tax.
