Lombardy native Cristian Pontiggia has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and came to Santa Fe after working in top restaurants across Europe. Chef Cristian has won numerous awards, including Chef of the Year in New Mexico 2023 from the New Mexico Restaurant Association and also Chef of the Year in 2022 and 2023 from the American Culinary Federation.

Dinner: 5 pm - 9:30 pm daily
