The Bull Ring has been a part of Santa Fe’s culinary landscape for so long it’s hard to think of a time when it wasn’t there. Opened in 1971 it was originally located near the state capitol, the Round House. At that location, the relationship between New Mexico lawmakers, their supporters, and the restaurant was established. For more than 40 years, the Bull Ring has been the primary choice for legislators during session, as well as throughout the year.
