El Rincon Café is dedicated to preserving the standards and quality of the cuisine of late, great Chef Estevan Garcia. Our chefs were personally trained by Chef Estevan, who was passionate about using fresh, local ingredients. A true master of Southwest regional cuisine, you can taste his years of experience and talent in every bite.

Like Chef Estevan, El Rincon Café’s chefs make weekly trips to the Santa Fe Farmers' Market to source the finest seasonal ingredients, so that every dish at our restaurant is bursting with flavor and nutrients. These include tomatoes, lettuce, pinto beans, and red chile from Chimayó, and organic goat milk for our signature organic goat milk flan. We have built longstanding relationships with local farmers, which allows us to hand-select the freshest, most flavorful produce for our dishes.
