Welcome to Cafe Grazie, a sweet, Salvadoran family-owned and operated gem that has been a heartbeat of the community for over 10 years. Our story is one of family, heritage, and an unwavering passion for the art of Italian cooking.
At the helm of our kitchen is Chef Katya Arias, daughter of our founder and owner, Juan Ramon Arias. Katya works side-by-side with her uncles, Emerson Arias and Ernesto Arias, creating a culinary team that cooks from the bottom of their hearts. Every recipe is a labor of love.
We believe that the best food starts with the best ingredients. We dedicate ourselves to sourcing the most fresh and authentic Italian ingredients, ensuring that every plate reflects the true flavors of Italy.
We don’t believe in shortcuts. Everything is cooked fresh "in the moment" for our customers. Our menu offers a unique take on Italian classics that you won’t find anywhere else.
Our front-of-house team, led by José Arias (Juan’s son) treats every guest like family, providing a special, attentive service that matches the quality of the food.
While we are a small restaurant, we pride ourselves on being cozy, lovely, and truly unique. We have spent 10 years perfecting our craft, and we want more people to have the opportunity to find us and share this experience.
