Restaurant Martin and Chef Martín's reputation are well established in the world of fine dining. The restaurant has received many accolades, including 10 James Beard Award finalist and semi-finalist nominations for Best New Restaurant in the U.S. and Best Chef of the Southwest awards. Chef and the restaurant have been featured in Moveable Feast, Iron Chef America, Beat Bobby Flay, The Great Food Truck Race, and United Tastes of America.

Prior to opening his own restaurant, Chef Martín held a number of executive chef positions in Santa Fe, including Geronimo Restaurant, Inn of The Anasazi: a Rosewood Hotel, and The Old House Restaurant.
