Located on W. San Mateo with easy access off St. Francis and St. Michaels, the aptly named Midtown Bistro offers fine dining with a regional influence in a warm sophisticated atmosphere. Since opening in 2013, the restaurant has become a favorite with locals and tourists alike.

The winning combination of long-time Santa Feans, Executive Chef Angel Estrada and General Manager Edmund Catanach, has created a splendid dining experience. With beautifully prepared Sunday Brunch to mouthwatering lunches and dinners, the menu is carefully crafted to delight even the most discriminating palates. 

Food takes center stage and shines under the highly capable helm of Estrada, co-owner of the restaurant who has decades of experience working in some of the finest restaurants around Santa Fe. “I learned how to make everything from scratch, using whatever was available, whatever was fresh from the farm,” says Estrada. “My father is a farmer so that’s how I learned about the importance of using locally sourced products. I work with the local farmers here and my menu is all about using what’s in season.” 

Open for business since 2013, Midtown Bistro has earned a reputation as one of Santa Fe's finest dining establishments.
