Though Chef Josh’s culinary career has taken him to many exciting places, his hometown of Santa Fe was never far from his mind, and he’s back doing what he loves in the city he loves. We use Texas oak to smoke our meats to perfection! We are dedicated to using the highest quality USDA prime steaks. Our hormone-free dairy products come exclusively from farms that promote open grazing. Choose from a delicious menu of favorite starters like house-smoked wings, smoked chile queso, soups, and salads. Lunch entrees include spicy pulled pork burritos, BBQ brisket quesadillas, grilled chicken pasta, baby-back plates, and soup-&-salad combos. Our dinner menu features prime steaks, New Mexican specialties, seafood, amazing salads and more.

Our kitchen is happy to accommodate customers with special dietary needs, and we offer a variety of gluten-free and vegan selections.  Our Happy Hour is a must with discount pricing on food specials, house wines, draft beers, cocktails, our Ranch House fruit margaritas and more!
